Jamaican Born Interior Designer, Janice Palmer, Chosen As One Of The Designers For: "The 2011 Decorators' Show House & Gardens".
Janice Palmer, first Jamaican and the first black Interior Designer to participate in this prestigious fund-raiser for the Atlanta Symphony bringing classical music into the lives of over 40,000 children in the Atlanta area.

ATLANTA, GA, May 06, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Ms. Palmer, holds a BS in Fine Arts & Interior design and is one of twenty-nine interior designers selected from a pool of over 250 applicants. The 'Lotus House, chosen by the Atlanta Symphony Associates for this annual affair is, a spectacular 4 acre estate that sits atop a richly wooded knoll in one of Atlanta's most prestigious Buckhead neighborhoods. It offers Atlanta's top interior and landscape designers, twenty nine design spaces to showcase their work. Each year between twelve to fifteen thousand people tour the Show House.

The Decorators Show House & Garden has been ranked one of the ten best in the country. Ms Palmer is ecstatic about this special honor to be part of the team helping the Atlanta Symphony celebrate its 66th anniversary season. The 2011 Decorators' Show House & Garden will be opened through May 8th.
