Loyaltyworks Expands International Reward Fulfillment Capabilities
RewardTrax incentive program platform to add localized reward selections in 200+ countries.
ATLANTA, GA, December 03, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- LWPR- Loyaltyworks is putting the finishing touches on enhancements to its RewardTrax incentive solution, including changes that will expand support for clients with reward program needs that span the globe -- from Africa, to Asia, to Eastern Europe, Latin America...and hundreds of places in between.
RewardTrax programs are frequently used by marketers at manufacturing companies to manage channel loyalty and channel sales incentive programs that engage distributors, resellers, and agents - strategic partners that might be doing business on the other side of the world. Working with a global network of fulfillment partners, the new and improved RewardTrax platform will make it possible for reward program participants in over 200 countries to choose from regionally sourced rewards -- ensuring, for example, that they receive electronics that work using the local electricity, and have manuals and instructions in their preferred language.
Perhaps more significant is the fact that the enhanced global capability helps Loyaltyworks deliver programs that can effectively navigate the differences in values and customs found from country to country.
"In a global economy, more and more organizations want to centralize control of marketing programs that will be running across international lines," says Luke Kreitner, VP of Account Management at Loyaltyworks. "And the ability to execute an international loyalty or reward program - one that hurdles the barriers of language, logistics and culture - is a logical step forward in the evolution of RewardTrax."
Kreitner further explains: "For an incentive program to drive motivation it needs to inspire individuals with value propositions and rewards that appeal not only to their personal interests and likes, but also to their cultural mores. Loyaltyworks has succeeded in assembling a dynamic reward selection that takes the diverse preferences and sensibilities of people into consideration, no matter where they live. For clients, we've made it possible to centralize administration and budget for global programs while keeping them country-specific."
The local sourcing of rewards will, in most cases, also result in faster delivery of rewards to recipients. Loyaltyworks expects the expanded global support system to be available in the first quarter of 2011.
