The Mansion on Forsyth Park, a captivating 1888 mansion turned boutique hotel, will host its first-ever Martinis at the Mansion event at Casimir's Lounge, located above 700 Drayton Restaurant, on Wednesday, July 14 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.


SAVANNAH, GA, July 03, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The Mansion on Forsyth Park, a captivating 1888 mansion turned boutique hotel, will host its first-ever Martinis at the Mansion event at Casimir's Lounge, located above 700 Drayton Restaurant, on Wednesday, July 14 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. The inaugural event will feature specialty cocktails, live music, mini-massages courtesy of Poseidon Spa, a wine auction and a special guest psychic. In addition, Clear Channel Radio will have an on-site live radio broadcast with select local stations.

"Casimir's Lounge is the perfect place to host our first-ever Martinis at the Mansion," said Chris Coyle, general manger at the Mansion on Forsyth Park. "We are going to change the tempo a bit at Casimir's Lounge by bringing in live music featuring classic rock covers by Matt Eckstine."

This weekly women's networking event, which is free and open to the public, will feature $5 specialty cocktails every week and $5 glasses of house wine. The signature cocktail for the kick-off Martinis at the Mansion will be the Savannah Sunset, a delicious blend of blueberry vodka, Midori, grenadine and lemonade. Casimir's Lounge features chic interior design and a spectacular marble rooftop terrace overlooking Savannah's Forsyth Park.
